ABOUT US

Mukesh Patel BSc(Hons), CChem, MRSC, CSci, MCIPS established CommQP with the purpose of providing a combination of technical and commercial consultancy services.

Mukesh’ s main expertise is in the Pharmaceutical sector but he also has experience in FMCG, Chemical and Artwork Origination industries with most of his career spent at Mars Inc.

He graduated from University of Leeds in Chemistry and had with research published as an undergraduate.

He has held posts in R&D, Procurement, Regulatory Affairs and Quality Assurance.

A firm believer in CPD, he has supplemented his industrial experience with appropriate training and qualifications; he is a Chartered Buyer, Chartered Chemist, permanent provision Qualified Person, RP & RPi and ISO 9000 lead auditor.

Mukesh has a keen interest in applying Kaizen principles to quality systems so helping to eliminate unnecessary cost and complexity, improve efficiency as well as regulatory compliance.

The name CommQP is derived from Mukesh's areas of expertise; Commercial & QP.

CommQP clients include pharmaceutical manufacturers (human & veterinary), training and auditing consultancies, packaging consultancy, contract sterilisation company, regulatory affairs consultancy, pharmaceutical artwork studios and GXP laboratory.

CommQP team is composed of eleven personnel of whom six are esteemed Associates.

The technical team is composed of five eligible QPs/RPs/RPi's, one trainee QP/RPi, one Regulatory Affairs Consultant and one GMP Consultant.

Collectively, this small team has over 200 years experience in the Life Sciences sector!

MARTIN LUSH

Martin has over forty years leadership experience in the life sciences sector. He has held VP leadership positions in global consulting training business, manufacturing, operations, supply chain and QA and he is an eligible QP. Martin is a moderniser of quality systems and culture (behaviours). In association with Martin, CommQP are able to provide coaching in leadership development and application of "agile", cost-effective quality management systems.
